Why is it that around the Holiday season people are more angry than ever? I work in retail, and the month of December is the month we get the most complaints from customers. My blogging buddy Shawn, and I worked the Christmas Eve shift. What's the biggest complaint we get? "You don't have what I'm looking for!" These customers have no soul, because their small pea sized brains couldn't process the shopping season. They think, "I can wait till the day before Christmas and everything I want will be there, and since everyone will be done shopping there won't be any lines!" We even closed, and people still showed up pulling on the locked door. "Oh my gawd! They're closed! I've ruined Christmas again!"
