Penn & Teller's Magic and Mystery Tour Thoughts

I've said it before that I'm a Penn & Teller fan. I recently found out that Penn & Teller's Magic and Mystery Tour was put on Netflix's instant watch. Let me start off by saying that the title is a bit misleading. It's not a live show of Penn & Teller. It's actually a documentary where they head to Egypt to find out more about the origin of illusionists. While they're over there they look for street performers.

The most popular trick over in Egypt is the cup and balls. The trick where you have three cups, and make balls appear, and disappear. There was also a man that could swallow a snake head-first, and make it come back out head-first. While these people were a little entertaining it's just no Penn & Teller show.

Final Say: Penn Teller have an entertaining way of showing the history of magic. The best part is when they show you how to perform the cups and balls trick. If you're interested in some history of magic then check it out, but if not you're not, then you're not missing out. You should still see the revealing of the cups and balls trick (video below).
