Tosh.0 Renewed For Fourth Season

According to Deadline, Daniel Tosh's hit show on Comedy Central, Tosh.0 has been renewed for a fourth season. With an average rating of 4.2 and a #1 ranking among the demographics of men 18-34 and men 18-24, Comedy Central would have been fools not to.

The show has come along way since my scathing review of the first episode. I'm thankful to admit I was wrong about it's quick cancellation like Chocolate News with David Alan Grier and Important Things With Demetri Martin. I was still right on the money however by guessing it was going to be a show Comedy Central generously slathers viewers with reruns.

Tosh has definitely gotten into his own flow of the show and he certainly deserves all the acclaim and fan base he's acquired. I still watch every episode of the show and have only enjoyed myself more as we've gotten away from the first season. My favorite episodes are when he has to interact with children because he becomes a very likeable and human cartoon-character.

An ominous end may be on the horizon however whether Comedy Central has a say or not.

In a 2007 interview, Daniel Tosh said he was only giving himself until the age of 38 to live his life which he calls "Groundhogs Day". Tosh clearly loves doing standup comedy and loves his fans, but he's hoping to do something big before the "Groundhogs Day Clock" on his website expires in 2013. I won't hate Tosh if he does retire, as I wouldn't wish him to live a life he hates for my enjoyment, but I wouldn't hate him if he goes back on his word in the interview as well. A lot has happened in the career (and I'm guessing life) of Daniel Tosh since 2007, so we'll find out what happens when it happens.
